Jack was off in this fight, i blame his team more than i blame him, he was literally finding difficulties in everything, footwork, head movement, and striking. i cannot believe that the low kicks had him suffering again. in short, just like in Islam's fight, he was not prepared for his opponent style at all.

I think because he’s so boxing heavy, that lead leg is there to be blasted by low kicks. He’s just too boxing heavy for MMA. It worked against the lower calibre level of opponents but once he starts fighting high level kick-boxers, he’s out of his level.

Really brave fight from JDM but the standard at the top is getting higher. His hand skills are 100% but footwork and groundwork are 70% at best. You've got to be in the 90% for all three to get to the top but more importantly stay there. Pirates has it he took JDM apart. I felt for him

Big worry is Prates dominated the striking battle. JDM is meant to be one of the UFC's best boxers and he just couldn't handle him. Long way back to title contention now.
