What did you make of the first UFC event on Paramount?

Some fans complained about the ad-heavy coverage following UFC 324.

now that you have a new station for the UFC can we get some new announcers instead of exaggerating fanboys filling up the fight calling with oohs and ahhs and wows. Just call the fight and leave the oohs an ahhs to us

I think the usage of the commentator cam to film their reactions shows that this is exactly what the UFC wants. Can't imagine Paramount are pushing for less personalities either, not that I disagree with this take necessarily.

it's good to see top fights without the PPV cost. That said, I'm hoping for better fights down the road. Seems like we keep getting Holloway7 vs whoever. Where's the new blood and I'd sure like to see a few more Americans and English speaking fighters on the cards.

I didn't mind the ads, I did mind all the music playing over t top of the commentators trying to do their piece too camera. You couldn't hear a word!! Hopefully it's just teething problems.. Apart from that keep up the good work.

Yeah that just seemed like some audio issues more than anything. I can't imagine we'll see too much of that

I really enjoyed the "ref cam" camera angle...showed what the ref sees and confirmed eye pokes!

The launch was definitely better than I expected, considering that they lost the Harris vs Amanda Nunes Bout. The Recap of Legends who have previously fought and Hall of Fame presentations was Epic and Added more Value to the launch.

Agreed, I think Paramount did a really good job of making this feel bigger than your average event.

It was a great first event of UFC on Paramount. The production was elevated greatly from ESPN. I don't mind the ads with time it will get better. Overall successful UFC on Paramount Launch.

I think the intro was great. The curtain thing was also super cool. But even though the event started 1 hour early, it dragged soooo much.

Didn't feel that different because we always get badly timed ad breaks in the UK. I thought all of the extra production touches were a welcome addition. It made the event feel bigger.

Obviously there's gonna be more ads off PPV. Besides that it was good. Hopefully they can sort it so the ads don't take away from the event.
