Poch created a young, vibrant team capable of competing with anyone at their best with minimal transfer outlay and impressive youth development. Contrast this with the current crop of overrated, limited ability, poor attitude, injury prone duds currently staining our reputation as a club, not just a team!! Enough said to anyone who would refuse him.

Poch - get someone in until Summer so Poch can come back after the WC. He’s the only manager in recent years who has given us an exciting style of football and a real identity and I think it’ll really help bring the club back together with the fans and hopefully he’ll actually get backed by the board this time around.

I doubt he would need much convincing really, he loves the club and has said he wants to return, however I do think he needs the backing that he didn’t have in his first spell and that will be the key point as to whether he is successful or not.
