Who do you think is going to be the Warriors' surprise of the season?
A rookie, a bench guy breaking into the rotation, or a starter ready to take a leap - you decide 👇

Surprise #1: Jimmy Butler comes back sooner than expected Surprise 2: it won't matter
dancoombs21d ago
I don’t see any surprises for the Warriors this season I’m afraid. Just another year of Steph putting up high numbers for a bad team
The Warriors want to give Steph Curry a contract extension that will keep him in Golden State until he retires! Thoughts? 👀
fullcourtpress37d ago
Yeah...of course they do. Just a matter of if he wants to go out a legend on a mid team or chasing a ring elsewhere
freddie39d ago
Would feel wrong to see him anywhere else now!
Where would you rank Steph Curry among the NBA greats? 👀
eoin53d ago
I think lendeborg is right madly enough, not that i think the warriors have the remotest chance. But if he won a ring with this roster, thats 5. Add the fsct he literally revolutionised the Game of basketball and he now has a strong GOAT case. But again, this warriors roster sucks.
How much of the Warriors dynasty was Steph Curry, and how much was the roster around him?
Monta Ellis has made a bold claim here 😬
kilham.max56d ago
This ain’t it chief
jamesshearman2356d ago
He’s talking absolute rubbish! Steph is the biggest reason for the Warriors success. If this was Damian Lillard speaking, I might give it some thought, but Monta Ellis!? Do me a favour
vatsal56d ago
It takes a special kind of self confidence to become an elite athlete. Seeing this comment, I believe Monta should have been the GOAT because this is beyond self confidence
Steph Curry to the Celtics. Who says no?
Brad Stevens is reportedly exploring a deal 👀
jamesshearman2356d ago
Make it 3 FRPs and I’d do it
dancoombs63d ago
I couldn’t sign off on this. Keep Curry
eoin63d ago
Don't want to see curry leave, but if he was to go, two picks from a team that's going to be contending for titles doesn't move the needle
Were you convinced LeBron was coming to Golden State?
eoin69d ago
I won't say I was fully convinced, but looked more likely than the sixers for most of the summer. Shame we don't get to see him and curry team up :(
How impressed were you by Yaxel Lendeborg's Summer League performances?
No comments yet. Be the first.
I don't see why LeBron would harm his legacy by potentially joining the Warriors. Worst roster of all interested team and the biggest reputational gamble. Why bother?
david.comerford81d ago
The media are the biggest winner if this happens, which tells you everything
What's Kevin Durant's legacy at the Warriors? Did he forfeit his chance of being regarded as an all-time great by joining Steph Curry's team?
KD joined the Warriors 10 years ago and won back-to-back titles.
kiemenjoe92d ago
How well he played for the Warriors is undeniable. But, its hard not to let everything after that tarnish His legacy. How everything went down with the Nets was something to watch unfold
vatsal92d ago
An extremely over qualified luxury for teams looking to win a title. Great player, shoddy legacy.
jackgallagher92d ago
He's a top 15 player of all time, but not winning with his own team stops him from being a top 10 player
What's your take on this potential Warriors starting five?
walkercharlie82896d ago
Okay for one game, for me 82? No cna ve
dancoombs96d ago
Who is going to play on the back-to-backs?!
jackgallagher96d ago
Fun but doubt we'll see much of it! Injuries won't be kind!
PROVE ME WRONG: The Warriors have to find a way to keep Draymond Green this offseason
Draymond has declined his player option and is entering free agency...
kiemenjoe97d ago
Draymond is a culture killer. When not winning anymore it just gets old
kilham.max97d ago
No they don’t. Move on. A great player in his pomp but the team need to transition away from him.
david.comerford97d ago
It's pretty simple for me, they need to stop targeting players who are past their prime and expecting to win
AD and LeBron to the Warriors? What year is it 😂 they're building my 2K17 team!
jackgallagher97d ago
Would be fun for the 1 game they're all healthy at the same time for 🤣
jamesshearman2397d ago
I would LOVE to see this. Even if they went out in the first round, it would be box office
The Warriors used their 11th pick to get Yaxel Lendeborg! Is this the steal of the NBA Draft...?
aikansh103d ago
Crazy that he already said he used to hate Curry😒
Who needs this move more? LeBron James OR the Golden State Warriors?
Could LeBron really team up with Steph Curry for one last ride?
jackgallagher115d ago
It's fun and LeBron has always wanted to play with Steph. I'd like to see him finish up at the Cavs though, they're his franchise
walkercharlie828115d ago
Golden State. LeBron is at the point where he can just pick and choose. Everything is a bonus for him
jamesshearman23115d ago
Golden State needs this more! They won’t make the playoffs without it

If the Warriors can't get Giannis, what big should they acquire in the offseason? 👀 I'd take Sabonis personally but he'll be pricey!
walkercharlie828118d ago
LeBron James. If you can't win, might as well build one of the most iconic teams ever assembled
dancoombs119d ago
Not a like for like but in terms of blockbuster move - LeBron might be the play…
vatsal119d ago
It hurts me to say this, but their window is done. Kerr has stayed out of loyalty to Steph. Giannis is a pipe dream, and nobody else makes them a contender

My favourite Warriors game ever is...
vatsal119d ago
Only triple bang by Mike Breen for Steph's three vs OKC. Legendary
aaditya.krishnamurthy120d ago
2021 when Curry broke the all time 3-point record against the Knicks
dancoombs126d ago
Game 6 vs OKC in 2016 when Klay went crazy for 41
The Warriors' 2025/26 season was...
aaditya.krishnamurthy120d ago
F - bad team construction, poor management, not maximising Curry. Yes Butler got hurt but that’s no excuse
dancoombs126d ago
D - no dressing it up. Major disappointment. It was over when Butler got injured and was already trending down at that point
What needs to happen with Podziemski before the new season starts?
aaditya.krishnamurthy120d ago
Move him asap, he’s losing value with each passing month, Podz isn’t the guy they thought he was
Are you happy about Kerr staying on? Could he win us another title?
aaditya.krishnamurthy120d ago
Can’t win with the roster they have. Be ready to spend more Mike Dunleavy Jr, or try to convince LeBron
dancoombs126d ago
Right decision to keep Kerr - but expectations still low. Teams in the West are just too good
kilham.max130d ago
Can't see him winning another title – but you never know with Curry still knocking about!
