Kyrie Irving is attracting serious trade interest - what would you do if you were in the Mavs front office? 🤔

Gotta embrace the youth movement. Not sure what he'd bring back in a trade, but worth exploring
Which Mavericks legend would you add to the current roster? ⏩
One player, any era, dropped into today's team.

Dirk is the only answer, right? Or does Luka count as a legend even though he's still active?
How far can a duo of Kyrie Irving and Cooper Flagg take the Mavs in the Western Conference?
They're still missing a piece, right?

Play in maybe. The west is just too good!

Mavs need to target finishing above Golden State. I think that would be a good barometer to judge progress

So excited for Kyrie to come back, but still not expecting much from the mavs. Will be flirting with the play-in, my instinct tells me
Dusty May gets a Michigan player in Morez Johnson Jr! What's your initial reaction to the draft pick?
The Mavs had the 9th pick...

Yeah who would have seen this coming lol 😂
Time to trade Klay this offseason? I don't really see where he fits in now that Kyrie is returning What would your ideal trade package be if Klay was to leave?

Easy to say trade him, but there surely isn't much of a market for him?

Klay has negative trade value at this point with his contract being too much for a player as inconsistent as him. Mavs might be better off seeing out the last year of his contract instead and opening up cap space for 2027 when there’s a stacked FA class

Get a young SG who can develop alongside cooper and some picks and call it a day
My favourite Mavs game ever is...

Game 7 against Phoenix in 2022, the day Luka Doncic made me a fan of his for life
The Mavericks' 2025/26 season was...

Is there a grade worse than F? Anything good about their year wasn’t because they got things right - Flagg was an obvious gift, Nico being fired was a year and 2 months too late, and them getting a top 10 pick is the lottery gods saving them again
dancoombs120d ago
F - Totally forgettable other than promise from Cooper Flagg. Only salvation was Nico being fired and landing another top 10 pick. Time to rebuild
What should be the Mavs' priority ahead of the new season?
aaditya.krishnamurthy120d ago
Stop playing Flagg at PG even when Kai is off the court, he’s not a distributor. I get why Kidd did it but it was a bad idea

They need to work on the Kyrie - Flagg chemistry. If they strike up a partnership, the Mavs will at least be a fun team next season
PROVE ME WRONG: The Kyrie Irving - Cooper Flagg combination will make the Mavs contenders in 2026/27
aaditya.krishnamurthy120d ago
They’ll be a playoff team but they’re about one piece away from being a contender, and that piece must be a shooting expert that Klay was supposed to be
