I don’t think so. Brentford are still overachieving on expectations so you don’t want to jump the shark.

No - revisit it in 10 years. It feels like they’ve been in the PL forever but they only came up in 2021! If they can establish themselves in the division long term, which is a big ask, then maybe extend to 25k?
