It’s not sitting amazingly with me. Always an unknown with new owners and they’re taking over from the very best. They’ve got everything already there with the roster, HC and GM - do not come in and feel you need to put your stamp on the team

It’s certainly made me a lot more optimistic hearing the buzz. Was gutted to see Walker go but hoping with Price and Charbonet, they’ll make up for it and I didn’t feel that way initially

I can’t help but think it’s just a sideways pick. Went from Kenneth Walker who was incredible to another strong RB. Makes sense in terms of not having to pay Walker big money but I don’t think he’ll have a bigger impact than Walker.

It hurt after the way he ended the season but I agree that letting Walker go was the best move to make. Big call but I think drawing a line under it and moving on is the best thing to do

Letting K9 go, for me. Not a fan of paying RBs huge money and especially not one who didn’t really perform for 2/3 of the season (and has injury issues). Thanks for the memories K9 but smart from John to move on

Definitely has the two best teams in the NFL. Also has arguably the worst in Arizona and who knows what this ageing 9ers team will be like

End of last season, I would’ve said no but I’m coming round to the idea. Team just feels like such a unit and it’s hard to imagine them getting worse without losing key names for various reasons

Real chance, imo. Even if we don’t I still think we’ve got the right man in Mike Mac to do it again in the coming years
