What have you made of Minsu Kim's start to life at Rangers?

Tell us your rating and why!

Needs to get more accuracy with his dead ball , corners were poor and past the post penalty , engine and effort can't be faulted , so its a C + for now

I think he’s terrific!

jmacfarlane65213d ago

All,s good with minsu and as the old saying goes things canny only get better with this boy

pranav.shahaney3d ago

Yep. At 20 he’s already established himself as a regular. Sky is the limit

jjamieson19623d ago

This boy will go on to the premiership

pranav.shahaney3d ago

Hopefully he gets his first start for South Korea tomorrow

georgeherriot113d ago

So far so good with lots of potential.

pranav.shahaney3d ago

Where would you rank him?

robertdelussey3d ago

Yes he's doing great agree going to play a big part this season 👍

dakir.thanveer3d ago

I agree! I had said earlier Minsu will leave quick because there are high hopes on him in Korea too...might be a big sale for Rangers, even bigger than Makhanya

marlinsteven19624d ago

Looks like he is enjoying playing gives it 100% so hopefully a lot more to come once the team gel

pranav.shahaney4d ago

He’s someone who’s already won the fans over and I love that for him and the club

robertdelussey4d ago

Min su will only get better as he settles in.

dakir.thanveer3d ago

The support he's received back in Korea will be a massive confidence boost. He is being viewed as the next big thing there. Good for Rangers commercially too

pranav.shahaney4d ago

He’s already looking mighty good out there. Have you managed to catch up on his performances for South Korea? Been impressive

scunner685d ago

Reasonably strong start but will definitely get better over the course of the season

pranav.shahaney4d ago

I’ve been pleased with how quickly he’s adapted. Was used to a different style of play in Spain

edwards.w775d ago

He's started life as a bear with good strength 💪 aswell as skill onwards & upwards 🔴⚪️🔵

pranav.shahaney4d ago

What do you think his best position is?

dantowen819515d ago

I’ll give him a B so far- he might have an A if he’d scored that penalty!

pranav.shahaney4d ago

Fair enough. I think he’s very good at a lot of things but not at penalties haha

eoin5d ago

B is fair. Not perfect but definitely looking like good business

dakir.thanveer5d ago

Somewhere between A and B. I've been impressed with him and there are signs, but will take some time to see the player Rangers paid big bucks for

2d7rkgms685d ago

All things considered he has shown a great account of himself. With time to settle I’m sure he will add goals to his game. All in all a solid addition to the squad 🇬🇧💙

pranav.shahaney4d ago

Agreed. I think more than goals, it’s his overall impact. He’s very good in transition and unsettling opposition defences. Will be particularly useful against a low block

mccallumjohn3215d ago

He's started well for us, but when he's got the ball he's got to look for a pass instead of trying to dribble past 2/3 players and then losing the ball. The right pass can take numerous guys out of the game.

pranav.shahaney4d ago

Before any winger was signed, McInnes said that he wanted someone who’s capable of taking defenders on. In Minsu he’s got just that. He’s probably been given the licence to have a go at defenders and dribble past them and then play the pass forward

He done great with his skills in the spl and his speed

pranav.shahaney4d ago

I’ve liked him at wing-back too. Never thought that he could play that role but it’s good work from McInnes
