Same, I just don't see it happening. Arsenal rate him higher than Spurs rate Moore. They would send him to a top 5 league

There is no chance he would ever want to come to Scotland ! He can pick and choose his club should he go on loan but it won’t be in Scotland.

Why not? Spurs did it with Mikey Moore last year and it paid off for them. Dowman is at the same level

FIFA's cross-border transfer rules would not prevent him from playing for Rangers as Arsenal and Rangers are both UK-based clubs

Dowman is at an age when Arsenal would prefer to keep him around and give him a few minutes here and there. Definitely don't see them sending him out on loan in January- let alone to Rangers. Maybe, just maybe next summer but even that's improbable

But he's not going to be a first-team regular at Arsenal, is he? Can be a bit-part player until January, play regularly for Rangers in the second half of the season. Will only benefit his development
