Rangers are out of Europe before September. What has to change at Ibrox now?

Last time that happened, it was 2017, when Pedro Caixinha was in charge.

Rangers defensive set up is below average, there is no strength in midfield and lacks leadership

Derek has always had a say on who recruits to play a certain way... all signings coming in at the same time and squad overloaded ... do you think he's really had time to assess everybody... I don't... considering by the looks of it not really had a say in anything

Exactly. I agree that the recruitment team must present better targets and veto certain names McInnes gives them, but this mess seems to be more on the manager

Last nights showing was DIRE.The problem goes right to the top and I'm afraid the owners are completely lost. Many board level changes, three managers and their staffs and 20+ players recruited over 3 windows and we are in a worse state than we were under the underfunded previous regime. Cavenagh and crew are full of 'business speak' and realign to suit th

What more needs to change behind the scenes? Assuming the owners are here to stay

johnjjack181mo ago

Manager looks out of his depth and the players were shocking no fight and no heart not the Rangers way embarasing

pranav.shahaney1mo ago

Do you think a different manager gets a tune out of this lot and helps challenge for the title?

pranav.shahaney1mo ago

Ferguson over Gerrard? Why?

ajack12619631mo ago

This team will really struggle this year due to the lack of quality and experience. They'll find hard to beat the likes of, sorry anyone

johniancoulter631mo ago

A team that can actually play football would be good, not a team of has been from other clubs aging and with no pace, hence no one running forward and creating chances, some ambition to play for rangers 😡

davidmcivor671mo ago

The players are on the pitch look like they dont give a fuck if they are following the managers tactics then that's a huge problem so what is the problem players or manager WATP 🔴⚪️🔵🇬🇧🤚

stewartjohn0861mo ago

Too many new players and no settled team why so many changes 2nd half

pranav.shahaney1mo ago

McInnes clearly does not know what his strongest eleven is. Just trying to put out an eleven and hoping that they figure things out on the pitch

pbriangrant1mo ago

Shocking display tonight, I'm 64 and can't remember a team this bad. Just how much more support can the manager receive . Get TAV back, and get rid of shankland.

pranav.shahaney1mo ago

If McInnes goes, who should come in?

jjamieson19621mo ago

Am 64 goin on 100 watching this pish!

Going to be a long season as things stand. Is It bigger than the manager though?

jjamieson19621mo ago

Honestly dreading the next game the sheep sh×××gers Will have a field day!

jjamieson19621mo ago

For starters there should be clear out put them all out on the dole !!

jamesmcgarvie.871mo ago

Yep but we would pay the money through our taxes and I hate the thought.

dantowen819511mo ago

I honestly have no idea. How do you fix this? Not absolving mcinnes at all but there’s clearly bigger issues than him. Is it the owners? The expectations? The recruitment staff? The coaches? Probably a mix of all to create the perfect storm of crap

pranav.shahaney1mo ago

It’s crazy that even though so much has changed at Ibrox in the last 18 months, it’s still the same mess

jjamieson19621mo ago

Total mess there no way around this m8!

How long do you have? List is endless
