Reading between the lines people are wanting to sack the manager after so few gams, r thet keep saying he is out offhis depth who was manager of the year? I think its dreadful that fans don't have the patience to give managers time to sort things out Rome wasn't build in a day. How many managers have Rangers had since returning to the Premier league?

I think the frustration stems from how much McInnes has been chopping and changing so far. Too many lineup changes, too many tactical changes, too many substitute changes, etc. But I agree, he's finding his balance as well. September is a big, big month for him

I hope that Rangers can actually build on this and not go the way past teams have and be inconsistent again. That will only result in the manager being sacked and that’s not always the solution

He probably sees a load of crap in training as well as on the pitch. But you can only work with what you have got. I agree the defensive line up isn't easy on the eye right now. But from the managers point of view he doesn't want to keep getting defeats right now so for him he's trying to keep it safe an then build on that
