Our new manager reminds me of the Sinatra song I did it my way.he’s stubborn and I believe we may yet pay for it

We have been awful with last few manager playing a back 3. But this is what our owner wants so we have to trust. I think OG will get there and this team will get used to playing his way. For me I prefer a manager who plays to teams strengths but im ready for now to ride it out and hope for a turn around.

I know I do hear you with that but we have to give it time. The players will have to learn quickly or be replaced by players Glasner trusts to adapt to this system quicker.

Accepting Woodie was out last season, if Glasner is such a tactical genious why have we gone from playing with wingers with no big man up front to, playing with no wingers and having a big man

So you're not having Glasner because his system hasn't been class in every game? He played this way with Palace, no wingers and a big man (Mateta).. We can't pine for a top manager to come in and then dismiss him as rubbish because it hasn't clicked in 5 games. No point having a top manager, might as well appoint one of these fans that appear to be geniuses.

I would give him a C at present. Due to finding is feet and how Glasner wants him to play! I think he's got plenty of talent inside of him

It’s a c from me. Really good at Villa and pretty good at Liverpool. Home form is not great and needs to improve quickly

I say a D. Villa was a blip, in hindsight. I thought we were progressing but alas, no. Aina one of our consistent performers, swerve him at your peril. Munoz yet to impress.

I think D is somewhat harsh personally. Tough fixtures, home form is a worry but the two managers before him were poor at home - that's not a Glasner thing.

He has to sort out the forwards ndoye is not good enough, unfortunately most of the chances we have created have fallen to him and he has either fallen over or miss hit, not good enough, when he is taken off jesus comes on and scores, there's your answer.

It takes a new squad a bit of time to adapt to Glasner’s tactics and game management. At Palace he only won 1 of his first 6 games - they finished 10th in the Premier League that season. The following season they won the FA Cup, and last season the Community Shield and UEFA Conference League. Top manager.

Does Marinakis have the patience for it? Glasner gets results but needs time, something you don’t get at Forest

Its got to be a C for me OK, realistically if we was more clinical in last 3rd it could have been A+ and we be joint top because we matched all teams
