Our first-ever Europa League game ends in a brilliant win for Crystal Palace against Lech Poznan 👏 What impressed you most about that performance?

Much needed with the three week international break now here… anything other than a win would’ve been somewhat disastrous for Pierre Sage - who is reportedly under presssue

Just the fact that we looked like we belonged there. Wasn't a lucky win, we were just the better side over 90 minutes.

Sage hasn’t impressed me in the league, but another European cup run looks very possible now

jordan.harris1w ago

Hopefully Palace go further than Forest did last year!

This is massive, should enjoy it

Palace fans will still be figuring out what to expect from Pierre Sage’s philosophy, after decent Europa League and ELF Cup performances, but inconsistency in the Premier League. Sage will be working heavily on defensive organisation before the return from the break and a crucial home league fixture against Forest.

Superb squad for European football, I’m backing Palace to lift the trophy 👀

Great start, could see another deep run incoming in Europe

freddie2w ago

Brilliant performance and good to get the GD up! Need to carry that on against the tougher teams now

jonny2w ago

Im not sure Palace can win it, but they should have a long European campaign this season

matthew.johns2w ago

I think Palace are really going to struggle in the Prem this season, but I’m sure their fans would take a big European run if they manage to just stay up as well!

Always good to look strong against teams that you’re expected to beat - some might say that’s obvious but sometimes these games can be the trickiest to win! Could be a good omen for Palace this season

george.patten2w ago

Huge performance and win. Sort of win that makes you one of the favourites to take the title

gomatz772w ago

Reckon Palace could make a deep run in Europa as well! Still got Decent players in the club to help them do that.

So many dud fixtures like that in Europa but can only play what's in front of you.

Always find it hard to predict how a team like palace will balance European football with their premier league campaign, but you can’t complain about a 4-0 start.

Sarr continues to thrive, did well to hold on to him

chillout2w ago

Great victory - Palace fans should clearly enjoy another European adventure, but staying in the Premier League will be the priority.

dale.odonnell2w ago

Healthy scoreline. Will do no harm to Palace’s goal difference.

About as convincing as you can be. Real gulf in quality but putting four past someone is a great confidence booster. Strand Larsen and Nketiah on the scoresheet is great for them two
