Which Swansea player instantly springs to mind when you see this kit? 🦢
markmarston3d ago
Michu! Just staight away popped to my mind
dantowen819513d ago
Weirdly, Wayne Routledge 🦢
Just look at this cross from Eom Ji-sung vs China! His second assist of the game to help South Korea make the Asian Games men’s final. That’s now 3 goals and 3 assists in 4 games for Eom 🔥surely he starts Swansea’s next game vs Norwich?
markmarston5d ago
Looks a right baller. How old is he?

Which of Swansea's 2026 summer signings has looked the best so far and why? 🤔
The club made some brilliant additions in the last window...
tom.procter6d ago
Welsh on a free for me. Looking a top addition already
jamie.theodosi6d ago
Eustaquio looks a good player at this level
dantowen819516d ago
Yeo looks quality. Haven’t the new wingers got more goals and assists already and all of their wingers in 25/26?

What grade are you giving Swansea's start to the 26/27 campaign?! 🔠
Tell us what specifically has pleased you the most about watching the Swans up to now...
dantowen8195113d ago
Is there a letter higher than A! To think there were so many doubts about Matos when he came in… best thing is, Swansea haven’t even seen the best of Vipotnik yet this season, or Elijah Just
tom.procter13d ago
It can only be A*! Don’t think anyone really saw this start coming. Refreshing to see how Matos has created an entertaining brand of football that also gets results
jamie.theodosi13d ago
A*****. Simply incredible. Their recruitment was spot on and they’ve unearthed a really good manager in Matos. Just wonder if they can keep it up.
Four of the last five teams to top the Championship after eight games have gone on to be promoted. The omens are good for Swansea 👀
markmarston14d ago
Would not be surprised… momentum can take you a long long away… it’s just whether they can avoid a key injury
chillout14d ago
I still can’t see it, but I guess they could make it through the play offs.

Swansea come from behind to beat Lincoln! 🙌 Who impressed you today?
Top of the league... 🤩
tom.procter15d ago
Vigouroux was tremendous 🔥
jonathan.gorrie15d ago
All of them! Not an easy game, showed great character
At the start of the season… you would’ve picked out Lincoln as a very favourable fixture. But they’ve started exceptionally well and reside in the play-offs! That said, give us your score prediction Swansea fans 👀

I’m backing Swansea to win handsomely…. 4-0!
A hat-trick for Eom at the Asian Games! His Championship tallies for Swansea since signing: 24/25 - 5G/A 25/26 - 7G/A *26/27 - 4G/A already What a start to the new season he’s had, how many contributions will he finish with? 🦢
markmarston19d ago
15 g/a? Be a big improvement but looking possible 👏🏻🔥

With 14 points from 7 Championship games so far, have you seen enough to suggest Swansea can make the play-offs after last doing so in 2020/21? Or even automatic promotion? 👀
chillout20d ago
Early days but top 8 a must now after this start. 69 points was what it took to finish 8th last season.

markmarston21d ago
I actually think top two is there for the taking… which I didn’t anticipate. Thought Wolves and West Ham would run away with it… still think they are favourites ofc but there is a glimmer of hope for Swans. Top 8 I almost expect now 👀
♥ 1
That’s how you respond 👏🏻 Melker Widell though 🔥
markmarston21d ago
What a start they’ve made… Matos has made some big calls but he’s backing it up. Brilliant manager. Exciting times ahead for the 🦢

Should this be Swansea's starting XI vs Burnley? 🤔 Let us know any changes you'd make!
Goncalo Franco is also in contention after returning to full training... 👀
tom.procter24d ago
Would be the right call to drop Cabango. Maybe Stamenic in place of Fulton. Great to see Franco available again but probs too soon to start him. Hope there’ll be a spot for Monga on the bench this weekend!
Vipotnik finally off the mark last night then after a slow start to the season and Matos hopes the floodgates will now open. How many do people think he scores? Will he get anywhere near the 23 he managed last season? 🤔
chillout25d ago
He was incredible last season, proving that he doesn’t need many chances to score goals, but opposing defenders know what to expect from him this season and I think he will struggled to get anywhere near last season’s tally.

We fall to our first Championship defeat of the season at St Mary's 😑 Where did it all go wrong tonight?
tom.procter26d ago
Was always gonna be tough going there given Swansea’s record. Needed a strong start and the opposite happened. Got to respond against Burnley

george.patten26d ago
Southampton are a good side. No shame in losing to them away

Where’s Monga???
chillout26d ago
Southampton looked strong tonight.

🤔🤔big shame!

Big test for Swansea tomorrow night away at Southampton. Swansea have won just one of their past 16 league visits to Southampton (D4 L11), which was a 1-0 PL win in February 2015. The Swans have not scored in any of their past four league games at St Mary's. Will Swansea keep their good start going despite their recent away record vs Saints? 🤔
markmarston27d ago
Fancy them to get a result… winning will be tough. They are a top side Saints but they’ve started pretty slow. Excited to see Jeremy Monga make his debut 🦢

The Jack Army remain unbeaten 💪 Give us your reaction to the Welsh derby as Wrexham hold Swansea to a 0-0 draw 👇
tom.procter29d ago
Disappointing result but Wrexham were organised and could have very easily won it with a couple of those chances. But if you can’t win it, don’t lose it
jonathan.gorrie29d ago
Looked tired but Wrexham did not come to play did they 😂
So... Wrexham up next for Swansea. Wrexham are chasing a first win in south Wales since returning to the EFL after losses at Newport in L2 in 2024 and Swansea in the Championship last term, then a draw at Cardiff on the opening weekend. Are people confident Swansea can continue their fine start to 26/27 on Saturday night? 🤔 Such promising signs so far!
tom.procter31d ago
Yeah actually a fantastic window! Same, very excited to see how Monga gets on. Must have been a hard one for you to see him go. Good result in midweek for Wrexham so they’ll be feeling good but I agree, I reckon Swansea win it at home

markmarston31d ago
Been so impressed by Swansea so far.. they’ve had an exceptional window. As a Leicester fan I’m looking forward to seeing how Monga gets on there… he has the talent to become world class. Tough game but fancy them to get another three points
What did you make of Swansea’s performance in the 0-0 draw against Sheffield United? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjyP1Pg_cC4&t=9s
jonathan.gorrie42d ago
Definitely want to see more of Walta going forward

Swansea got off to a winning start against Stoke... thoughts on where we've predicted them to finish? 🤔
freddie47d ago
Mid table ish will be about right, feel like they could be ones to push a little tho
dantowen8195147d ago
The big thing for me is that Swansea’s wingers were dreadful last season. They new additions have proven themselves to be massive upgrades. And there’s stil Elijah Just to come I think Idah will score a lot more goals this season with better service
tom.procter48d ago
Great comeback win at the weekend. Some positive recruitment this summer, can’t lose Vipotnik though. Play-off push very possible this season if he stays

Swansea forward Adam Idah has commented on the future of Zan Vipotnik 👀

Swansea City have announced the signing of Ross Stewart! Immediate reaction? 🦢
dantowen8195159d ago
A top centre forward for the level but injuries are obviously a big concern here
markmarston59d ago
Super signing but concerned it means Vipotnik is gone…
What do you make to the new threads Swansea City fans?🔴 🔵

Swansea City striker Zan Vipotnik is wanted by Southampton...
dantowen8195160d ago
Don’t sell below £25m. No need to sell on the cheap either. Zan doesn’t seem to be in any rush to go
Here we go Swansea fans... the new home kit is here! Like it?
markmarston66d ago
That’s absolutely stunning… love it!

Liam Cullen is set to join Leicester... what's your goodbye message to the Swansea academy graduate 👋
dantowen8195167d ago
Hopefully this isn’t the sort of player you start to appreciate a lot more when he’s gone!
markmarston67d ago
What a servant he’s been… divided opinion but think most will miss him greatly

Rangers centre-back John Souttar is emerging as a target for Swansea 👀
Cardiff are also in the race to sign the 29-year-old...
dantowen8195167d ago
Excellent in the air and a classic penalty box centre-back, but his mobility is an issue. Pacey strikers could have a field day
markmarston68d ago
Not sure he’s a massive upgrade on what Swansea currently have… Rangers fans aren’t too big on him

Swansea City agree £6.2m deal to sign Zulte Waregem winger Joseph Opoku 🔥
The 20-year-old registered 16 goal involvements for the Belgian side last term.
gorriejonathan74d ago
JT analytics going to make the championship race very interesting 🔥
markmarston75d ago
I have been mightily impressed by Swansea’s business this summer… dare I say promotion could be on the cards? 👀👀

Swansea set to sign Elijah Just for a reported £5m... immediate reaction? 🦢
Just scored three goals at the World Cup for New Zealand.
kyle.dimond75d ago
For that money I’d say it’s worth the World Cup form risk given his numbers aren’t bad overall
vatsal75d ago
World Cup signing. Always risky but his Motherwell stats don't look too bad either tbf. Could be that Swansea have just snapped him on an upwards trajectory. Could be a steal in that case. Just cost 5m, literally!
dale.odonnell75d ago
The pressure will be on arriving after costing that amount, but he’s an exciting talent. Suspect Swansea fans will be pleased with this.
Some interesting stats and facts about Swansea City:
markmarston89d ago
Swansea’s old stadium (Vetch Field) was built on a giant cabbage patch. It was named after the wild ‘vetch’ (type of legume). During the 50s & 60s, Swansea regularly fielded players who played pro football & pro cricket, most notably Gilbert Smith & Tony Millington. Thierry Henry played against 34 clubs - the only one he didn’t score against was Swansea.

Swansea's fixtures are out! What’s your take on the first five games? 🤔

Swansea fans will feel more confident going into the new season - last term looked desperate in November, but Vitor Matos clearly was a good appointment and turned things round. Nothing less than a play-off place is expected next term. What does the club need to do to achieve this ?
kyle.dimond117d ago
Going to need Vipotnik to paper over some cracks again. Alarm bells if he leaves or doesn’t continue that same form
caleb.sage117d ago
A bit leaky at the back, gotta sort that out! Vipotnik probably needs another 20 goal season as well.
dantowen81951118d ago
Matos did so much better than anyone could have imagined. But how much was down to Vipotnik? The rest of the forward line looks very weak for me. And I don’t think Idah can be relied upon if Vipotnik goes
