Serena Venus lost 100% record in doubles by playing in 2022 US Open, where they lost their unbelievable 14/14 record.. So 14/15.

14/14 in Grand Slam doubles finals, insane record!

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. Just enjoyed his athleticism and spirit, and we weren't oversaturated with matches from him so it didn't get boring. Ask me in 10 months and I'll say Gael Monfils!

Rafa Nadal, because of the excitement he brings to the game and his competitive spirit!😘

They should have an official 'retirees tournament' for those legends players 😆 It'd be awesome! Then none of these greats (including those pictured) will be able to say they have completely retired 😉

Roger Federer, the only genius among the bunch and the greatest genius in any sport. Only Lionel Messi is in the same league.

Ti watch Federer play is like watching the flow of a ballet dancer. And he carried that grace & poise into every aspect of his playing life. A true gentleman of the sport.

FEDERER; Looks Fit, but then again he's not on thr Tour, has a secure Family Life, etc. But like DJOKOVIC, he could manage a Schedule; NADAL, like Novak is Younger, but the Injury Tally is why he Retired, and would compromise a decent Comeback; SERENA, who's never over-played, hence the Longevity, would be a good candidate to Return

Federer was a natural- a tennis genius. A flawless diamond

I want to comment on the article about Novak Djokovic. Which is that while retirement is not the option yet, he should be optimistic about his 25th GS, and he should stop appearing or speaking depressive.
scarletarabesque8mo ago
or he should just give up. His goal is clearly to be the name the internet mentions, not matter what question you type in. That alone, would make any normal person go...hmm...that's weird. No one would be impressed. Only serious tennis fans, and even half of them would be skeptical, because we are.

Federer would bring style back to the game

Federer, he is magical on the court and has great repore with his audience but I live Rafa too.

dAsh Barty. She didn't have as full or long tennis career like the others. She retired prematurely & at the peak of her game. She could have won so many more titles but I understand she wanted to start a family. I wish she could travel with her family now.

Roger Federer. Because he's the best!

In a perfect world, I would have to say Roger. There's no one like him, nor will there ever be.
ramesh.renakale8mo ago
His powerful game and fighting spirit.
peter.lynch8mo ago
Roger, because he's the GOAT!
kilham.max8mo ago
Ash Barty - would have won at least 10 Slams had she played for another decade!
matthew.johns8mo ago
I would go with Ash Barty, I think it would have been really interesting to see her go against peak Sabalenka, Swiatek and Gauff!
george.patten8mo ago
100% agree. Still young enough to come back and compete with them as well!
