Recruitment has not been up to the mark, I agree. Started off well, but didn't address some key issues for far too long! Penrice is the biggest example. Should have done that long time ago, but they waited for Rommens to get injured

Mcinnes never got a real pre season due to this management do not know if he is the answer but as I have said the club is overrun with management and coaching staff and Kavanagh is either too stubborn or to naive too see this maybe he shoukd sell up as he does not seem serious about this going by the way that he keeps ignoring feedback from the fans

We did well today , far better Rangers teams have come up short at Pittodrie, credit when due , but when the subs came on I thought we were weaker . If we can keep getting even 1,-0 results maybe confidence will grow , a couple of good season pros please before thursday.

The manager he has no system he can pick a starting 11 and the formation is all over the place we started strong but as he tinkered with players and formations you could see we got weaker and even the players don't know what there doing then we go one nil down take of a striker to bring on a defender he hasn't got a clue his mentality is not there
