Gerrard will never come back to rangers or any other high profile manager due to the backroom staff interference from paragthe Thewell and the others club is badly run at the moment as managers have virtually no say in the players coming in

I disagree that managers have no say. It’s a collaborative process. Obviously there will be some players who are unearthed signed for cheap with the view to sell for a profit in the future

Whom did you want this summer? Gerrard? He famously turned down a return at the final stage last time and I don’t think much has changed since then for him to accept this time

I wouldn't bring Gerrard back, walked out on us then turned the job down twice and what success did he have at his last two clubs ? none and sacked from both although we could maybe offer him Purdy and Thelwell's job in recruitment...
