← Mohamed Salah

Is Mohamed Salah Liverpool's greatest EVER player?

Nine years of sheer brilliance are coming to an end...

lynnsuzannefox.19612mo ago

Yes

davematthewsofnotts2mo ago

Steve Gerrard

deborahbevan073mo ago

yes the best

edhamilton544mo ago

No

james.brooke4mo ago

Who is, Ed? Give me your top five!

mrdelaneymiller4mo ago

Top 5 no question. But No. 1 is hard to say. Probably not, but that doesn't mean that he isn't brilliant. Great player.

james.brooke4mo ago

Who's your number one Delaney? Mine is Stevie, always will be

jamie.brown824mo ago

Anyone else think Virgil has had a bigger impact than Mo?

james.brooke4mo ago

pnair25026mo ago

was....

kpowell19506mo ago

No

vishwaduthkhoobeelas6mo ago

No just think of Owen Kenny Fernando

james.brooke4mo ago

Owen and Fernando have no business sitting alongside Kenny, come on!

stuart_upton6mo ago

In his time here hes been fantastic, but THE BEST PLAYER EVER, Its all about personal choice, my best ever was Rush, he got some great goals.

detdalliv6mo ago

Think of his impact on Liverpool the city and club, not just on the field (i.e. goals and assists), Liverpool gained millions of fans worldwide because of Salah. Yes, he is the greatest Liverpool player.

kennetharton7966mo ago

Salah he’s fantastic without question, picture a ball that’s wet through it’s heavy and impossible to carry out the tricks of today, and all the plethora of rules on and off pitch.Liverpool had many great’s, its impossible to judge them.I’m of age that remembers greats like Sir Tom Finney Sir Stanley Mathews .Different Times different era It’s impossible.

plsmth36mo ago

I would Salah alongside John Barnes and King Kenny!

james.brooke4mo ago

Barnes is a great shout. The Salah of his day by all accounts (before my time)

trevorziervogel6mo ago

Stevie G for me

floydksikhosa09136mo ago

No not at all,he is one of the best but not the Greatest Ever

davematthewsofnotts6mo ago

No Kenny or Stevey

aaronmcfairlane6mo ago

Its too difficult to pin down the greatest each era has its idol from as far back as i can remember it starts with billy lidell right up to salah and many names have graced the soils of anfield but one man in particular that as shown his dedication to Liverpool FC is dalglish to me he is More than a Liverpool great, he is is the blood of Liverpool

floydksikhosa09136mo ago

I'm with you on that one Liddell,Dalglish,Steve G and Sallah of cause

floydksikhosa09136mo ago

King Kenny,John Barnes,Ian Rush and a few others

johnbartlett766mo ago

Yes

group.prestasi6mo ago

The Greatest

jcbyrnes3236mo ago

No

axe19666mo ago

Definitely if not the best he's ,definitely one of the top 3 ,will be very sad to see him leave i thank mo for all 9 years at liverpool it won't be the same without him ,still can't believe he's going best of luck mo you will be greatly missed

mleaman64016mo ago

Ian Rush, Sir Kenny, and Robbie Fowler were all better players than Salah...and didn't force themselves out on a 'free', disrespecting the club. Not saying Mo didn't contribute...but definitely not the greatest LFC player.

ehab.ebied6mo ago

Yes

andrewthorne19666mo ago

Kenny Dalglish

sheryledoublet6mo ago

Stevie G

eddieed2k196mo ago

No not for me. Best in the last 10 yrs, definitely. Gerrard is the greatest in Premier League era. Before that you have the likes of Dalglish, Rush , Barnes & further back Callaghan & Hunt.

james.brooke6mo ago

Exactly, we’re lucky to have had some unbelievable players down the years. Mo putting himself in the conversation is incredible enough

valentine.mac036mo ago

No

brook0106mo ago

Ever? Maybe not but in recent times I’d say so!

taymour656mo ago

Yes

mary.enoch566mo ago

Yes

elainejones1806mo ago

It's a yes from me. Love him to bits 💕

moodleydaya296mo ago

Yes and No Dead Heat Sala and Gerrard

hounddogg6mo ago

Yes. There's no show like a Mo show!!!

jackgallagher6mo ago

No but he's an all-time great, best player of the PL era for the club. Stevie G was special, but in the PL there's no competition

hackenapuss6mo ago

For me it has to be Steven Gerrard but certainly one of the best , if not the best forward

asveen16mo ago

For me Gerrard was a one man football team

james.brooke6mo ago

Yep. How can you have Salah over someone who came through the academy, captained the side for a decade, won cup finals single-handedly and carried average teams on his own. There is no comparison

eoin6mo ago

Not quite, but imagine if Pep Guardiola didn't come to the Premier League. The margins for some of these Liverpool players don't get talked about enough, what another two or three titles do for their all-time cases. That's how it goes though Salah is top 5

yvettelockett6mo ago

I for one, am gutted, even though it had to come one day! We'll certainly miss him, we'll never have another one like him, Thank you Mo, for everything, YNWA ❤️

johnbartlett766mo ago

Yes

auntylizard16mo ago

I am an older supporter but believe Salah is on par if not slightly above players like Dalglish, Rush and Fowler. He just set Liverpool on fire you could always rely on him he is now a Big Liverpool Legend.. Born in Egypt but made in Liverpool

james.brooke6mo ago

Gerrard?

jimmoulsdale6mo ago

Arguably the very best before being thrown under the bus.

freddie6mo ago

The best I have ever seen. Older generation will say the likes of Dalglish and Rush but surely he's at least in that convo, even if it is a short one ahaha

jaimvid1256mo ago

One of a kind. Who cannot be replaced!!! YNWA...

natalia.sltysk6mo ago

Not the greatest but he will be missed! End of an era! ❤️

deborahbevan076mo ago

Totally the best

janspeed246mo ago

He's broken previous records. What else could he do . Jamie carragher is coming across as a bitter blue, which is what he is .

jamie.brown826mo ago

King Kenny still number one 👑

shamanth.jayaram6mo ago

Not the best but he's up there. What a player!

dale.odonnell6mo ago

Best player I've seen play for Liverpool. Harry Kewell a close contender 👀

steepleboy19846mo ago

He has been an amazing player for us, but still nowhere near the greatest ever
