Not technically a foul but it got him permanently banned from the UFC and that's the extremely late hit by Paul Daley on Josh Koscheck. Granted I would have been frustrated as hell too, given the fact that Josh done nothing but pretty much lay on top of him the whole fight.

An old UFC fighter named Chris Tuchscherer was kicked in the nuts by Gabe Gonzaga. Tuchscherer started dry heaving, probably the worst groin kick I've ever seen and I'm pretty sure he lost the fight because he couldn't continue..

Actually I remember him getting up and trying to fight because he wasn't sure what the result would be. Serious balls to keep going. Never seen anything like it.

There’s definitely competition for worst foul, but for my money it would have to be Chris Weidman punch poking Bruno Silva 3-5 times in his eyes, in a bout he won by tech. Dec.

Palhares' fouls were the most disgraceful because of the kind of damage he could have done. There was also one particularly bad low blow from Gonzaga that is pretty tough to watch back...

Eye pokes and groin strikes can be accidental. Holding onto leg locks after that tap is disgusting. Rousimar Palhares is the dirtiest fighter ever!

Not sure if it constitutes a 'foul' but Rousimar Palhares constantly holding onto submissions after the ref had stopped the fight is one of the dirtiest things in MMA history.
