Yes it would be hard to beat Leclerc and Hamilton if ferrari gets their car running right, I am not a Hamilton fan but they would be a hard act to follow,

I don’t think this is up for debate as things stand. This is a results oriented sport, and Lando and Piastri have the results to make this claim

Depends what version of them turn up. Piastri and Norris can look fairly ordinary on a bad day, whereas others (Leclerc, Russell, Verstappen) generally offer more consistency, without having a teammate that can match them.
