It sounds like Andrea Stella could leave McLaren! How big a blow would this be?

Erik van Haren of De Telegraaf broke the story

I do not believe he will leave McLaren. Just rumors.

Would be tough to take - But think Zak Brown has proven he knows how to appoint the right people, so wouldn’t be too concerned

This is a massive blow for McLaren. Even if they're going to replace him with GP (which is the plan), I can't see how Stella leaving after his track record won't hurt them in some way.

It’s a huge blow for McLaren no doubt. Stella’s impact on the team has been criminally underrated, the way he’s led that team to success is nothing short of incredible
