Just so hard to be confident in United to be consistent. We show glimpses of playing great football but could just as easily collapse against any side. I’d take a hard-fought, scrappy win tbh

I think Carrick should be more vocal on the touch line. I mean He should be coaching the players during the game, keep reminding them how he wants them to play. Whenever United take to the field, they seem like a group of players who doesn't train together or they don't train at all.

The problem is far deeper routed than that. The players are all professionals, but they just don't play as a cohesive unit. I keep saying it, but the biggest problem is the defenders. They all bomb forward past the midfield and produce absolutely nothing. Leave attacking to the forwards, and start doing the day job.

I wouldn’t describe how I am feeling as confident. However, I do believe this is a sticky path, and I want to believe Carrick will sort things out. Narrow win for United on the cards.

I would be lying if I said I am confident. But Fulham aren’t very good, so I see goals in this one for both, I edge it 3-2 for United, but it could easily go the other way if we aren’t on top form. Carrick needs a win
