Gabriele Biancheri joins FC Wacker Innsbruck - thoughts?!

WTAF?! This lad looked super talented. Yeah, he's small, like many top dribbling forwards are. Disappointing, I really hoped we'd finally bring a striker through from the academy. Damn, that wastrel Wheatley got more of a chance and he's terrible.

A couple of years ago I felt Biancheri had all the attributes to make it in the PL and at United. Shame and another example of how few Academy players actually make it.

Sort of shows that goals at youth level are no guarantee of future success. Hopefully Biancheri has a great career Reminds me a bit of Daniel Nardiello, who scored a tonne for our academy but never really succeeded above league one
