Better for him to have different experiences whilst he is young. Norwich is a good next step. He has been good in a bad team, now he needs to show he can be good in a good team. Could be the making of him.

It's good for his development & see his progress until the season ends. Hopefully it's a successful one so that come new season he'll be ready to compete for 1st team
