Will Alex Eala start to lose fans if she doesn't win a title soon?

royangana742mo ago

Maybe some in the non-filipino fans. But her in the Philippines with 110 million people the answer is NO! SHE HAD ALREADY ACHIEVED WHAT NO OTHER FILIPINO HAD DONE. That cannot be erased!

The problem with the fans of Alex is most of them are bandwagon followers, many of these so called fans didn't even know the game of tennis before they started watching Alex, so many know it all, predictions etc, just let Alex play, those saying she will be in the top 5 someday , just goes to show you they really don't know anything about tennis.

I believed Alex can make it to the top if she constantly practice everyday of her time to observe what are her weaknesses before & ready to correct now.

...that's being overeager more than Alex herself... she still have a lot of high level WTA experiences to go through & gain important wins to reach her goals...she just needs to focus on improving her games, and not let (fàns') pressure be a distraction...

Alex Eala is a fighter who has made Phillipines very very proud, you win some, you lose some, I predict that she will one day be there among the top 5 at least if not right at the top, I as a fan will always support her, feel happy when she wins and say better luck next time when she loses. I am also confident her fan base becomes ever so stronger no mat

I think fans will be still the same coz we don't have any other but only Alex our Queen own of tennis.Every fight win or lose is a learning process.

Of course she will lose fans if she always loses in the first or second round. Nothing stays the same 🤔

I think her fans seem pretty devout. She's not really threatened for any big titles yet and still fills stadiums

george.patten5mo ago

I don’t know if she will ‘lose’ fans, but things will definitely calm down if she doesn’t establish herself as a top player

camerondesc15mo ago

I don't think so. She's still only 20 years old so any rational fan will understand she is still developing as a player.

Hardly - Emma R still has fans and she hardly even plays tennis these days.
