Pros and cons of hiring Andoni Iraola?

I'd hire Andoni in a flash if it were me. He made Bournemouth a tough outfit to beat and knows the way to win a game. Has he won trophies? Maybe not, but we need someone who can bring stability to our backline. Either Andoni or Marco Silva can do that. As long as we get Rudiger or Senesi or someone like that. Bin Wes off.

We need someone with understanding of the club and the actual premiership to. There is no point to get someone who's novice and afraid to leave on the bench egos and lazy. Period

The only other young manger ud have is xavi Alonso. The others are for the future. We want results now and for a good few years

Simione. If you we want someone to whip and control these big young egos then this is the man. Anyone else is just up and coming. They can be after him.

He is one of those many managers who are great at smaller clubs, as soon as they get a big position it goes wrong

Chelsea should not do copyright from man united, John Terry is an academy coach with less experienced, for me I vote forAriola I like his tactics

Pros - Attacking football, Premier League pedigree, clearly a good manager. Cons - Never been in charge of a top club, plays a specific way which may not suit right now

Would love him, imagine what he could do with a bit of money.

I rate Iraola highly but can we appoint someone who has won a league title or a European trophy? Simeone, Nagelsmann etc would be preferable

Would be a BRILLIANT appointment but a few issues - 1. Owners are clueless and will probs go for a a big and attractive name after getting it so wrong this time - even tho Iraola has proven himself. 2. Sounds like he could go back to Bilbao as he is a bit of a legend over there, him and his family are from there, just think it makes sense.
