We have to trust Bornauw so I'd stick with 3-5-2 with Bornauw, Struijk and Bijol at the back, Aaronson keeps his place but Nmecha comes in for Okafor because I don't think Okafor is a natural strike partner

I would stick to a 3-5-2 as it has worked but i wouldn't put Ampadu in defence as he not a natural defender.

For me an easy one, drop Ampadu to center back and Gruev in the holding midfield role. Not tried in the Premier but it has worked in the Championship. I know the Premier is stronger but Ampadu and Gruev could rotate.
