He got game time season one and got decent numbers... then he got dropped for some new signings. He was in the side to take corners and freekicks.. cant take them from the bench.

dELike a few others moyes bought in his time here or had a loa deal here like 5 mill wasted on phillips that cost us points as well as money. Jwp 30years old 30mill spunked up the wall . Didnt play up to his credit but cant tackle cant assist cant score and as slow as a tortoise that sums up a useless player at last gone for good that nobody wanted

He’s too slow and doesn’t tackle or track back! When he first came to west ham we looked like we had a real player! Then his form fell off a cliff and we just need to sell him for whatever we can and get his ridiculously high wages off our books

A very good player and a fine professional but hated by Nuno for personal grievances, he should always have been in West Ham's squad but expect that his style would be appreciated in Spanish or Italian football.

He's a 100% player and puts everything into a game but just not quick enough and definitely not one of the best set piece takers anymore.

It's strange, he was never THAT bad at Saints! Just feels like he moved on from them too late to ever prove himself elsewhere
