How would you RATE Jason Wilcox's performance for Manchester United as DOF?

Is the criticism unfair? Or should Ineos be looking to replace Wilcox with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or a more experienced sporting director?

He's done well. He came in to do a particular role, and advised against Amorim. He's overseen excellent recruitment. The only negative for me is that it took personal attacks on him to sack Amorim.

Less than zero. Negative in fact. Damaging in so many ways. The guy is clueless and toxic, not to mention almost psychopathically egocentric. If the club do not get rid of him immediately they are risking the entire project.

Absolutely useless, marred with indecision, bad decisions and lack of technical knowledge multiplied x 10 for the ego, not once held up his hand and accepted an inclin of blame for direct or indirect outcomes arising from his actions, nice knowing ya now P*#s off.....Oh thanks!
