It's to small. The capacity will need increasing at a more substantial cost than it would have been during the initial build

It certainly is big enough. The reasoning behind it is that all seats are perfect and can be charged higher rates. The next 10,00 seats are not close to pitch and cost the most to install to watch the game and they can be charged accordingly.

I reckon another 5K would have been the perfect capacity. When you’re talking 65k onwards it will take away the demand for tickets in the coming years, in my opinion

Perhaps it could have been made slightly bigge. Maybe Everton could have filled a 65k stadium?
