Who's the greater F1 driver, Alain Prost or Ayrton Senna?

Senna was 2 seconds quicker than Damon Hill in Brazil 94. Incredible lap in the crapwagon A spec Williams. Watch the opening laps of Canada 93 and you will see a master at work

Depends how you define greatness - Senna had style and was great for the sport. Prost was more calculating - he arguably achieved more (and is still around today).

Senna

Prost was highly consistent, masterful & concise, but Senna was the rain master, able to extract speed beyond the normal pace of lower status cars, able to qualify with stunning lap times, and make unforgettable moves!

Has to be Senna!

Senna, but it was so awesome seeing the two of them racing against one another. Senna's death robbed us all.

It has to be Senna, right?

Senna, unquestionably the most talented driver behind the wheel of an F1 car ever

For me, these head-to-heads usually come down to talent above all else, and I don't think you can put Prost ahead of Senna on that front

Senna

Senna gets my vote on this one! Another close one between two iconic F1 figures
