I know it's a long shot but that young kid scoring for fun in the reserves couldn't do worse than Barrie and it would be an experience for him. Even just the first or second half. Goalscorers tend to score no matter what league they are in . People thought John Aldridge couldn't make the step up , but he did . Try the kid , we have nothing to lose

Alcaraz he's got a bit of needle about him and would put himself about. Lets face it Barry getting no change out of there centrebacks in the air. I think Alcaraz would give them something to think about.
