I would like it to be played every year, but to add back in home-and-away ties. In an ideal world, the Davis Cup would be treated as the fifth most important tournament after the four Grand Slams!

I agree with Paula. I think Lloyd's comments were very harsh. The event does need to go back to having home and away ties though. The magic has really gone since they were removed.

I think every two years is ideal but Lloyd should not be so harsh with players who pull out. The tour was not so rigorous with so many tournaments and the ferocity with which players play is totally different now. It is better to preserve their bodies and rest for the new season

Probably the greatest modern side, but I think the French team in the 20s and some of the American sides back in the day deserve that title...
