Wins and Losses outside the UFC doesn't count. Those fights pad fighters stats. Connor is actually 11-8 in the UFC.

I'd make it so take downs aren't worth any points if you don't clearly do any damage, I'd also make the refs stand up fighters that aren't doing any damage much quicker and even consider taking points from fighters that consistently go for take downs and do no damage after 3 attempts. And no weight bullying

Change the rule of the fighters getting fined for jumping on the cage for a celebration after a win. I wonder if anyone remembers if Justin gathje got fined for doing a back flip off the cage, that seems more logical as a fine than what happened to paddy max and gable

Late stoppages are a far bigger issue and happens much more often. The referees job is to protect the fighters, period.

I would give the fighters an overall raise and say that we are going to commit 35% of revenue to fighter pay, and then I would quit. Dana White did make MMA what it is today, but the sport has outgrew him and now he is one of the guys holding it back. Fighters on the UFC roster should not have to work a 2nd job to get by.

300 would be a massive cut but I definitely think making the roster smaller would make the product better. Need to limit the amount of signings on each season of Contender Series too.

I would increase fighter pay. Have top of the line health insurance. Have options for further health benefits and retirement options for fighters who are employed by UFC for so many fights/years. Also, drastically cutting weight has shown to be an issue. There has to be a better option. Institute a no politics rule.

Make the weight in the day of the fights and do a hydration test like one fc does to ensure fighters fight closer to their natural walk around weight. Weight cutting is the worst thing that happens in mma and very dangerous to the fighters.

1) Fighters fight at their Optimum weight and weigh in the day of the fight. 2) Merit makes a match, not media controversy. 3) No returning dinosaurs 4) Whether Dana likes a fighter or not is moot. 5) Dana is the majority of the reason the UFC sucks -everything starts and stops with him.

Fighters shouldn't be allowed to fight below their walk around weight. Maybe one division. Cutting weight is a huge health problem. Plus it's basically cheating in my opinion

You obviously have no clue what it takes to run a fight promotion. An event like the numbered ppv events have probably 600 people working it and they all need to get paid too. Peg Fighters more means less quality or less support staff. Stick to working the drive-thru at McDonald's

I would not let fighters duck other fighters if you refuse to fight someone you get fined if you a champion you get stripped of the title. At least the old ufc the best fought the best not like now it's all about money not about testing yourself against the best.
