Stephen Fleming is reportedly the favourite to replace Brendon McCullum as England's red ball coach. Give us your reaction...

He was a fantastic captain for NZ. One of the best. But once again, he has never coached red ball stuff. I wanted Jonathan Trott, given how well he did with Afghanistan. But if Fleming brings that Strauss-like character he had as a player into this Eng team, then we are in good hands!
