look at palmer and pedro. They not the strongest and most physical players but they have speed and agility to press forward. But there are also times when you wonder if they still on the pitch. one game against leeds is not enough to start questioning Estevoa's future. his well aware of the physicality of the league. Play him.

Personally I would drop James and play Barco in the middle with Lavia. As Lavia normally is not allowed to complete a game then fresh legs of Reece to replace him

James SHOULD start as RCB Barco SHOULD start in the midfield with Lavia Welbeck and Estevao come on for Pedro and Palmer respectively at the 65th minute Quenda and Achimpong come on for Rogers and James respectively at the 70th minute

Neto is a grafter even if he is not 100% consistent. Estevao is a worse version of that. We all know on his day he can be devastating going forward but he has still to learn the other aspects of a team game and be able to stand up to the physicality of the EPL, where he clearly struggles

I think we would all prefer that. However we need to look at situations. Estevao is a very talented player on a par with Hazard, Zola, Nevin and Cooke. Unfortunately in the modern game his age and physicality is against him, as is his value in BlueCo's world. He wants to have fun playing football with his mates just like Palmer and Rogers.

Think this is fair - I don’t think any of the rotation players in midweek impressed enough to earn a start here. Some nice moments from Barco and Gittens but not enough

Barco isn't giving defensive coverage to that defense , to me it's better we play another defensive player there instead of bacco. The boy is just overrated.

A fair point. Yet it would seem that all our academy CB's, over the last 10 years have a value. Look how many we've sold over that period to the quality we've bought. Colwill a left footed CB, on loan with Brighton, was rated more highly Guehi. Coincidence
