Chelsea scouts recommendation - Swiss Vargas, Belgian Saelemaekers or Ketalaere. Good offer to Newcastle for German Woltemade. Check with free agent Salah [as a subs role]. Sign Moroccan keeper Bono. Do NOT 'do a MAN city' i.e. buy any English overpriced overrated players. Then try to get Ivory Coasts Diomande as future no.10/9. NEXT TWO seasons sorted !

It's a different world now unfortunately. Roman bought players to strengthen the squad and win trophies blueco buy players for future profit. They are bankers not football fans. They have little or no interest in football apart from how to make a profit from it. The very worst sort of owners

I agree with you. This does seem to be 'the way'. One or two signings from Europe that we fans have heard about, whatever Brighton want to get rid of and then the unknown Sth Americans. The plan then seems to be settle them in at Strasbourg via purchase, loan or sale. Back to us a season to get used to the EPL, then sell onto the highest bidder.

Could be on the right wave length though. Seems to me all that is being looked for is future value. Tread water, accept no position lower than top four and wheel and deal. Fans are needed to buy in, by a constant churn of players who are sold as the next best thing.

Diomande is off to PSG bud. Bono is a good keeper but not suited to the Premier League I think. We can't afford to be bedding a new keeper without reliable Prem backup.
