Roy Keane says Bruno Fernandes called him up after his latest comments - Do you think the Irishman will change his punditry style?

Tchouameni was using MU to get a pay rise. Which is typical of potential Spanish MU recruits

The way Keane BS's about some players and even lies, if anyone inside or outside of Man United did that against him when he was a player, he would lose his head!

Keane has become a parody of himself. No chance he’ll change.

Keane doesn't mince his words which is why he's a great pundit... but he has to cop it when the players don't like it. Fair play for having an upfront chat with Bruno...

You can't hide behind "I say it as it is" when you're factually incorrect. He put words in Fernandes' mouth that he didn't say and got angry at those imaginary words. That's simply misleading ragebait, not punditry

Old dogs. New tricks. Roy Keane will not change and it’s a shame. He’s become a cariacature of himself in recent years. A decade ago Keane would’ve bemoaned any ex pro who has a ‘podcast’ now he’s there every week spouting whatever he wants, even if he has to make up quotes.

Captain of the most scrutinised team in world football having to call up and soothe a 54-year-old adult. Good for Roy, I guess. He got his attention. I almost think he likes Bruno and wanted his attention and he doesn't know how to show that in a respectable way.

"I felt better", he's a big baby isn't he
dancoombs3mo ago
No - he will be patiently waiting for Bruno's first mistake, to go in two-footed

I think we'll see a really out-of-character Keane going forward. Bruno seems to have probably won him over.

Hope so. The Bruno criticism is so forced that it’s not even funny.

Will ROY KEANE change? No... and that is what makes him the 🐐
adnan.riaz3mo ago
Wish he would change. He’s been running this act for years and it’s just tiring now.

No - It’s what makes Keane great. Footballers need to be less thin-skinned imo
adnan.riaz3mo ago
Not really. He was quite clearly in the wrong and can’t accept any accountability — much like Paul Scholes.

Keane isn't "great" other than his playing career, one of the worst pundits around and just because Bruno Fernandes is a footballer doesn't mean Keane can attack his character
