What next for Conor Benn? Clearly not a world level fighter at 147. I actually give him a 40/60 chance against Josh Kelly at 154. Think he’s a good fighter… ppl get carried away when a fighter loses.

Benn is one of the most overrated fighters out there and it showed. Garcia said he felt no power at all and his biggest victory came against an Algieri five years past his sell by date. Likes of Vergil Ortiz, Josh Kelly and co would be laughing at an easy win if they faced him as he doesn’t have the ability to box

Harsh… he’s a fighter, not a world level boxer. But ‘fighters’ always have a chance when matched correctly. There are winnable fights for him at world level at 154. Just keep him away from Boots and Zayas. Kelly I have favourite but think it’d be a good fight

I’m not convinced. He skipped over a couple levels and I don’t think it was justified. The Eubank trilogy would make a lot of sense

Personally never really rated him. That second Eubank fight was weird as well, something wasn’t right. Carl Froch called it before in that he’s not at the world elite level and last night showed. Worryingly as well while Garcia’s good, he’s not even the best around. Benn will do well to ever get near a world title IMO

I think he has a decent chance at a higher weight division… 154 has some winnable fights aside from Boots. 160 not sure he’s big enough

I think he was exposed badly last night. Nowhere near the world level. He’s being paid at the elite level so that’s where he’ll be fighting, and he will continue to lose
