Fans say they were exhausted from the last campaign - frustrations with the ownership continue, and there are genuine fears of relegation in 26/27. Do the Venky’s need to put the club first and find a suitable buyer who has money to invest to free up instant, frictionless cash flow and fund a transfer budget of up to £15m to help build a top 8 bid.

I’d be shocked if any real money can spent this summer, club is such a mess thanks to the owners

Yes, the whole thing looks a mess from the outside.

My heart goes out to every Rovers fan! Who do people want as the new manager?

The fans deserve better, so yes, but the Venky’s only care about their own interests.

Another EFL club in desperate need of ownership change, but finding a buyer isn’t always easy

Sad to see one of the seven Premier League winners struggling so much for so long!

Been going on for a long time with the Venkys. Feels it’ll never end

The owners are holding them back. It’s impossible to build something special under restraints with the quality of clubs in the Championship nowadays

Yes… they certainly do need new owners. However, the margins are so small in the champ so it’s not unrealistic for them to get into the play-offs with the right manager & recruitment. They finished two points off the play-offs this time last year. It’s coming out that they’re set to hire Challinor, who has taken Stockport thru the leagues. Reason to excited.

Sad to see Blackburn just treading water. Fans deserve so much better
