Arsenal just don’t know how to get deals done, with Elliot Anderson Manchester didn’t hesitate, Tonali Tottenham did not hesitate Roger’s Chelsea did not hesitate, they are all ready to splash their cash. I cannot see when we will ever reach the level of some of these clubS because we are not willing to spend. we were very lucky to win last season.
